Hoone 1.0: the first island

Hoone is out. Today the first island, Hoone #1, opens for everyone. From now on there is a new one every day at midnight Central time (US). Here is what is in the first release.
A new island every day
- Every island is built in code from the day's seed, so everyone drives exactly the same map.
- Race from the start to the goal. The road is the safe way. Walls, rivers, cliffs and other barriers between its stretches hide risky shortcuts.
- Wall rides, kickers, forks, jumps over gaps and sometimes a climb up a cliff.
- Tries are unlimited and only your best time counts. Older islands stay playable from the results pages.
Ghosts, replays and the leaderboard
- Every finished run is recorded. Race against the ghost of any run on the board, or watch its replay with the keys the driver pressed.
- The daily leaderboard ranks one best time per player. "Day of" counts runs driven on the island's own day.
- The results pages keep every day's final board, and every racer gets a public profile with their daily places.
17 cars, one set of physics
- The Steppe is free. 5 more cars are in the shop, and 11 are earned with long-term goals, up to the Chicken Hut.
- Every car drives exactly the same and has the same size. Cars only change how you look and sound, never your time.
- Free and earned cars unlock more paints as you play, up to Gold, the hardest one. Paid cars come with all their paints.
Play anywhere
- Runs in the browser on desktop and phones. No download.
- Keyboard, gamepad and touch controls. Every key can be changed in the settings.
- No account needed. Sign in with email to keep your progress and your cars on every device.
- In English and German.
