A fresh look for every map

Hoone 1.1 is out. It changes how the maps look, not how they drive: every map is the same map as before, so your best times and ghosts still count.
Clear daylight
- The sun stands higher and brighter, and shadows are sharper. The hazy golden-hour light is gone.
- Cloud shadows drift slowly across the ground.
- The horizon is clearer and the haze starts farther out.
Meadows
- The open ground between the road's stretches is now a real meadow: patches of grass, flowers, clover, lupins, thistles, wild wheat, ferns, shrubs and berry bushes.
- Stumps, fallen branches, stones, molehills and mushroom rings, and reeds along the lakes.
- The grass itself is painted in sun-dried and lush patches: greener in the dips, drier on the crests.
- Cliffs show layers of rock.
Roads
- Wheel ruts and a lighter crown, with clean rounded ends.
- Depending on the map: tufts of grass and pebbles, muddy puddles, sand ripples, gravel or snow banks along the edges.
Cars
- New wheels on every car: real rims and an even tread, and a spun look at speed.
- Glossy paint and glass.
- Cars still all drive the same. Nothing here changes your time.
Settings
- New option in the custom graphics: Meadow decor (off, low, medium, full). Low quality now shows a little of it too. If your phone drops frames, turn it down.
- The Fog switch moved into the custom graphics, next to the view distance.
- In the pause menu, your best time is now in the leaderboard on the right.
Since 1.0
- Hoone now speaks 13 languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Turkish, Russian, Japanese, Korean and Chinese.
- Runs on older maps now count on their all-time board.
- Maps from a seed have their own online leaderboard.
- In the EU, prices are shown and charged in euros.
- When you sign in, the runs you drove as a guest move onto your account.
- The race camera only moves in when a wall really blocks the view.
- Smoother on phones, and the game tells you when Low Power Mode holds it at 30 frames a second.
